"Get it Sold" - GOLD
This home staging service focuses on physically transforming the main areas of your home using recommendations from the home staging consultation. We'll work with your existing furnishings, supplemented as needed, to create significant improvements in each space. With carefully positioned furnishings and stunning accessories, we'll ensure your home's finest features shine, resulting in WOW-worthy listing photos. Please ensure the home is prepped and cleaned before our stager arrives. *(Up to four hours in the home with additional hours charged at $85/hour)*
"Get it Sold" - PLATINUM
Ideal for larger homes (over 2500 square feet) or homes needing extensive staging work. We'll utilize your existing furnishings and supplement as needed to create stunning transformations in each space. With strategically placed gorgeous accessories, we'll ensure that listing photos leave potential buyers in awe. We'll dedicate up to seven hours to the project, photographing the transformations along the way. Please ensure the home is prepped and cleaned before our stager arrives. *(Up to seven hours in the home with additional hours charged at $85/hour)*
